Mr. Oden is a Commercial Sales and Leasing Specialist with decades of experience in the sales, leasing and management of various types of income generating real estate. His experience spans a wide array of specialties including Multi-Family, Office, Retail, Industrial and other Commercial Real Estate types.

After receiving his BS in Business, Mr. Oden started his career in Commercial and Investment Real Estate in the 1970’s  He has  represented a number of clients with both small and large real estate portfolios. Mr. Odens' activities include management, acquisition and disposition  as well as sourcing land for development opportunities.

During his over forty years in the business, Mr. Oden has sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate, and leased hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial, industrial, and retail space and has managed numerous asset types as well as operating business assets in receivership, bankruptcy as well as long term management assignments.
